We offer a lifetime replacement for all jewellery purchased through our official website. If your jewellery suffers from any manufacturing defects or requires minor adjustments over time, our expert artisans are here to assist.

Warranty Resolution & AD Jewellery Wallet:

Time from Delivery	Resolution
0 – 6 Months	Full Replacement: We will replace your item with a new piece of the same design (subject to stock availability).
6 – 9 Months	50% Store Credit: Receive 50% of the original invoice value back into your AD Jewellery Wallet.
9 – 12 Months	25% Store Credit: Receive 25% of the original invoice value back into your AD Jewellery Wallet.
Beyond 12 Months	15% Store Credit: Receive 15% of the original invoice value back into your AD Jewellery Wallet.

AD Jewellery Wallet can be used online or in-store and is not refundable or transferable.

What is Not Covered:

·       Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect (e.g., crushed items, heavy impact).

·       Natural wear and tear of plating (Rhodium/Gold plating) over long periods.

·       Loss of stones due to heavy impact or improper handling.

·       Repairs or alterations performed by any third-party jeweller.

Terms & Conditions for Replacement:

·       Wallet Validity: All store credits issued to your AD Jewellery Wallet are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

·       Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order ID is mandatory to claim any resolution under this policy.

·       Process: To initiate a claim, please contact our support team with clear photos of the product. Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, the replacement or credit will be processed.

·       Exclusions: This policy does only apply to manufacturing defects or structural damage. It does not cover items that have been lost, stolen, or repaired by a third party.

·       Shipping: Reverse pickup charges or shipping costs for returning the old item may apply based on your location.

Care Instructions (To Maintain Your Warranty)

To ensure your AD Jewellery lasts a lifetime, please follow these care guidelines:

1.     Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and household chemicals.

2.     Storage: Store each piece individually in a soft pouch or a lint-free cloth to prevent scratches and oxidation.

3.     Last On, First Off: Always put your jewellery on last when getting ready and take it off first before sleeping or exercising.

4.     Dry Environment: Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming or bathing. Moisture is the primary cause of tarnishing in imitation and silver-based jewellery.
